Placing an order on the Website constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the purchase, unless rescinded / cancelled by us within 1 working days.
Once the order is placed on the Website, we will raise an invoice against you and you will be required to make the full payment for the price of the product in accordance with the terms of the invoice generated. We reserve the right to cancel the order in the event of you failing to pay the full price of the product in accordance with the terms of this clause within the time period provided.
We shall not be responsible if a purchase is not registered or is lost due to any network issues, breakdown of machinery, disruption in the network or non-receipt of payment from banks/payment gateways and/or the cost(s) charged by the network operator(s). any dispute in connection to these problems shall be settled between the end customer and the network operator/banks/payment gateways, and Top Tuckers shall not be liable for these problems.
Prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
We offer shipping all across India. Currently we do not provide international shipping.
Your order shipment will take 5 to 7 business days to reach your doorstep.
Sometimes delivery may take longer due to bad weather conditions, flight delays, political disruption scenarios, other unforeseen circumstances. We will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.
The shipping charges can be modified by us at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
We are not liable for missing packages with confirmed delivery by courier.
Top tuckers provide prepaid orders only. We currently do not offer cash on delivery services.
If you have failed/refused to collect the delivery, it will be considered as missed delivery attempt and top tuckers/ the delivery partner won’t be held responsible for the attempt, there will be no refund or replacement for missed delivery attempt.
